Bob and Arlene Lopes
Bob and Arlene are sole Owners of AAL Inc., dba American Eagle Properties, and have owned and/or managed investment property in Santa Clara County, Sacramento, and Stockton for over 30 years. They have been licensed Real Estate agents for over 30 years.
Bob and/or Arlene hold memberships in professional organizations including National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Managers Santa Clara County (NARPMSCC), Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and California National Association of Residential Property Managers (Cal. NARPM), California Apartment Association (CAA), CAATriCounty and the Better Business Bureau.
Arlene Lopes, RMP®
Arlene has held a Salesperson license since 1974. She has specialized in Property Management for over twenty years. From 1997 thru Dec 2003, she was half owner of another Property Management company and was Vice President of that corporation. As of Jan 1,2004, Arlene and her husband have started their own corporation, AAL Inc., and American Eagle Property Management Company.
Arlene has been very active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), both locally and nationally, for many years. She is a past president of National Association of Residential Property Managers Santa Clara County (NARPMSCC) and is currently the Chapter secretary,a member of the National Education committee of NARPM, and Treasurer for the State Chapter of NARPM. At the National NARMP convention held in September 2006, the Santa Clara County Chapter of NARPM was awarded the "National Capter of the Year". This is the third time the Chapter received this prestigious award.
In 1994, Arlene earned her Professiona designation of "Residential Management Professional" (RMP) from NARPM. At that time she was the 242nd person in the United States to earn this designation.
Bob Lopes, Broker
Bob holds a BSEE degree from San Jose State University and is retired from IBM.
Bob obtained his Real Estate Agents license in 1974 and has held his Brokers license since 1994. He has been active in NARPM, attending many National Conventions and State Conferences.
